Carmakers will do everything they can to draw crowds in to their showrooms this festive season. One of them is Nissan. The Japanese manufacturer has announced a wide range of offers on its product lineup in India comprising of Micra, Sunny, Evalia and Terrano.

Existing Nissan owners can swap their rides for a new Micra and get Rs 40,000/- as exchange bonus while doing so. The popular Terrano SUV is available with a festive bonus of Rs 50,000/- including exchange benefits and a gift cheque on select variants only. The heftiest discount is seen on the Sunny sedan with schemes and special discounts as well as a gift cheque and exchange bonus of Rs 60,000/-, totaling up to Rs 1,45,000/-. The not-so-popular Evalia is being offered with free insurance for a whole year! This should help in improving the sales of the MPV to some extent.

These schemes have been offered by the company to not only attract new customers but also retain the existing clientele by giving them an incentive to upgrade to a newer model.
