Triumph Motorcycles increases outlets tally to 10

Triumph Motorcycles India has been on a dealership opening spree since coming in to the country in January. The British motorcycle manufacturer continued the trend and launched two more outlets in Chandigarh and Kolkata, taking the total count to 10. The Kolkata showroom will be known as Mukesh Triumph and the one at Chandigarh will be called Krishna Automobiles.

These showrooms will follow the global signature Triumph Motorcycles layout with consultation lounge, sales and after sales desk being located close to the display area. The showroom apart from selling the entire range of Triumph bikes will also house a merchandise store offering accessories, riding gear and memorabilia. Attached to the showroom will be a service centre complete with service bays and spare parts inventory. The staff has been trained at the company’s Manesar plant by experts coming in all the way from Hinckley. They have received training in service, sales, spare parts, business systems and customer service, so that customers are treated to a best-in-class ownership experience.
