Nissan India has opened its latest showroom at Adabari in Guwahati. This is the Japanese company’s second showroom in the city, bringing the total count of outlets in India to 175. The new facility will be called “Binod Nissan” and will be based on the 1S philosophy.
The outlet is capable of showcasing four cars at a time; it will also have a separate Datsun corner dedicated entirely to the low-budget brand of Nissan. A team of 10 dedicated people will be present at the showroom to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Speaking on the launch, Arun Malhotra, MD, Nissan Motor India Private Limited said, ‘It gives us immense pleasure to announce the opening of our new showroom, Binod Nissan at Adabari, Guwahati. Together with our business partner, we seek to provide our customers with best-in-class products and services, and look forward to a long-standing, successful association.”
Nissan aims to double its reach in India by 2016 with a total presence of 300 touch points across the length and breadth of India. The company is rapidly growing the dealership network to cover 95% of the population in India.
